THE SOLUTION
Working hand-in-hand with communities to co-create locally appropriate programs that operate sustainably for years. Implementing a range of solutions, from household water filters, hand dugs and drilled wells, to latrines and rainwater catchments. Training and empowering local water committees and developing strong operations and maintenance structures. And spending months promoting safe hygiene practices + education on nutrition, vaccine awareness and menstrual hygiene.

OUR SUCCESSES
FACE Africa programs focus heavily on local solutions to global problems, and dedicate time to building the capacity of community residents through several months training in health, hygiene, financial management and maintenance. Their programs are also focused on reducing gender inequality, and ensure that a minimum half women make up their WASH Committees and staff. Read More...
